What is money?
Money is a reward for solving problems!
If you solve problems that anyone can solve, you get very little money.
If you solve something that very few people can, you get a lot more money!
The speed at which you solve it, the attitude you have when you solve it and the excellence of your finished product all determine your rewards for your workmanship!
Money is alive. It has a personality. It has character. It is the answer to just about any problem imaginable and the problems it cannot solve, it can buy time to solve.

It demands that you respect it, if you don’t control your money, your money will control YOU!

Money can make you it’s slave! If you are not willing to wait for the things cash money can buy for you, debt money will become your master!

Debt money is only good when you have total control of it and it is making you cash money somehow!

Big feathers no tribe:
Debt money is very clever, it makes you ‘feel’ like you have substance but actually you can have the look of substance yet be a slave that is one pay check away from poverty...

Cash is king!
Never forget that the person who has a cash money to have fun with while they save or invest for material things is far better off than the fool who has no cash flow but big houses and cars...

Stuff to put on your wall:
Don’t let your ego near your wallet... your ego is a thief!
Most people that look ‘rich’ can’t sleep at night because they owe more than they earn every month...

If you can’t be disciplined with investments then just buy cheap property and fix it up... easier money.
(There is no such thing as easy money only easier money.)

Don’t worry about what other people drive, no-one cares about your car or house and those who do usually hate you for it, rather live comfortably, laugh a lot and have enough time to play!

The saying: ‘work now, play later’ is rubbish, later you are too old to enjoy your money properly!

You must do both until you don’t have to work anymore.
Even then, you will get bored and want to work anyway...
So get clever with money!
Educate yourself about finance and investment.
Get brilliant at your career!
The only saying that really matters with money is ‘work smarter, not harder!’

Don’t be a Dimwit!
Dimwits say ‘I’m not good with money’.. that’s rubbish.. you're just lazy.
Kick yourself in the ass and stop letting money push you around!

It likes to intimidate you so get angry at it if you have to and learn to control it!

Money likes being a god, so if you let it, money will make you it’s little minion! It will control your emotions and stress you right out!

YOU MUST BE IN CONTROL! Worshipping money is stupid!
Money is your servant, not your boss. Don’t let money tell you what you want to wear, usually things that cost too much are overpriced!

Rarity determines value – that’s how the world monetary system works, you need to create your own value system!

A 10 year old car with air-conditioning that works is just as cool as a 1 year old car with air-conditioning that works!
Difference is that the price on the new car is INSANE!

If you really want a modern car, wait for two or three years, it will still be ‘in fashion’ because all the poor Jackasses who bought them will still be paying them off.. ha-ha.

Most times a three year old car can be bought for almost half the price it was when it was new!

If you want to sacrifice for investment then take the property route... land is something that we can’t make more of and we are running out of space slowly so land always increases in value!

Read and study money like there is no tomorrow!
Every week you will see a new book on money on the shelves... build a library in your house and buy them all. You probably won’t read any of them immediately, but one day you will definitely be in the mood and pick up the right one that will change your life!

There is no tomorrow by the way...
We have all been waiting for it to arrive but when we wake up in the morning it’s only today again... do what you can today and stop putting it off!
